Izzy Eichenstein is president, owner, and CEO of The Oakstone Company, a prominent developer of industrial properties primarily located adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Mr. Eichenstein founded The Oakstone Company in August 1988 as an investment vehicle for his family and his clients. Since that time, he has built The Oakstone Company’s holdings to include The Oakstone Freight Center, which The Company owns and manages. The Oakstone Company also manages properties for Dollar Rent A Car at LAX and the hit TV series “CSI Miami.”


Over its more than twenty years in business, The Oakstone Company has handled several million square feet of transactions in the LAX corridor with Izzy as the primary facilitator for the largest industrial sale in the history of LAX: The United States Customs Center.  He also facilitated the development of the largest Carl’s Jr. restaurant in the country for real estate owner/developer Rick Caruso of Caruso Affiliated Holdings. That restaurant was the first to locate along the LAX corridor paving the way for many more to follow.


Prior to founding The Oakstone Company, Mr. Eichenstein served as Acquisitions Manager for the Kibel, Jonas Investment Group at LAX which acquired, purchased and managed industrial buildings in the LAX industrial area. While serving in that capacity, Izzy helped assemble one of the largest industrial portfolios, ever, at LAX.
